Whats the cost of freight?
Ordering Procedure
- When you place item/s in your shopping basket that require a Freight Quote- you will see a "Request Freight Quote" pop up on the RHS of the page. Simply click on this link and fill out the required information. You are not placing a firm order but simply requesting a freight cost and availability for the item/s that you are enquiring about.
- When we receive your order enquiry we will request several quotes from our carriers to deliver the item/s to your nominated delivery address. This way we ensure you receive the very best freight price available. Once we receive this price we will update your Order Enquiry online with the freight charge. Our promise is that OUR FREIGHT PRICE IS YOUR FREIGHT PRICE.
- As a guide only generally freight works out to be around 10% of the value of the order. This of course will depend on the size of the item and where it is being delivered to. With larger dollar value orders the freight cost is often less than 10% whilst with smaller items it can be between 10-15% of the value of the order.
- Once your order has been updated with the freight price you will receive an automatically generated email confirming the total cost of your order enquiry together with the freight cost. To proceed with a firm order there are specific instructions on this email as to how to complete your purchase. If you do not wish to proceed all we ask is that you let us know either by phone or email so that we can remove your enquiry from our system.
