Do you have a showroom or retail outlet?

Interiors Online is purely an Online Retailer. By not having the limitations of a traditional shop or showroom, we can offer significant savings on the most extensive range of decorating items in Australia, saving you time, money and frustration, with the convenience of shopping from home.

How much is the cost of delivery?

For orders over $2,000 nett after VIP Discount into metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, delivery is FREE.

Interiors Online significantly subsidizes the cost of delivery to ensure that you receive the best possible delivery price to your door, anywhere in Australia. To calculate the delivery charge, simply insert your postcode into the delivery calculator on the product page. If you are considering purchasing a number of items, please place the items in your shopping cart and then insert your postcode. The reason for this, is because the more your purchase the greater the delivery subsidy.

How long does delivery take?

We generally say allow 14-21 days for delivery depending on your delivery address.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

To ensure that your items are delivered safely to your delivery address it is advisable to have someone there to be able to sign for the goods. Your contact details and phone numbers are passed onto our logistic companies and they are requested to contact you in advance to advise of the anticipated date and approximate time of delivery.

Interiors Online will do everything possible to request that the logistic company contacts you in advance, but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if they do not facilitate such a contact.

If there is nobody to sign for the goods when they are delivered the logistics company will leave a missed delivery advice card in your letter box advising of the failed delivery. The goods will then be returned to their local depot and you will then need to make contact with the logistics company directly to arrange an appropriate time for a re-delivery.

What happens in the event that an item is damaged?

Before signing as having received the products in good order please unpack and check the product/s for any faults or damages. If you have any concerns you must make the appropriate notes on the delivery cart note before signing it and ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery.

You must notify Interiors Online of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by phone on (08) 83387400 or email david.p@interiorsonline.com.au Failure to do so, will mean that any transit insurance policy may be voided. The onus is on you to report any faulty or damaged goods immediately.

Once we have received your advice of any faulty or damaged goods we will liaise directly with our Supplier/s to resolve the issue. Please refer to the Refunds & Returns Policy section for more information.

Damaged or faulty items will be replaced at no charge.

What if I made the wrong choice and would like to return it?

Unfortunately, Interiors Online cannot take back goods based on a "change of heart". We endeavour to provide you with as much information about the item, including images, so that your decision is an informed one.

In the extreme case that an item is returned, you would be responsible for any delivery charges incurred in returning the item.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

In the event that a product is out of stock Interiors Online will contact you by email or phone and give you an indication as to availability and an anticipated delivery time.

If you have paid for an item/s that have subsequently sold out or are not available and you do not wish to proceed with your order you will be offered a full refund or exchange for other items..

Can I pay for my purchases other than online?

Yes, often our customers like to pay either over the phone with Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Diners Card or via Electronic Funds transfer (EFT).

Your privacy and the security of your information is of paramount importance to us. All our online payments are processed using CTEL Technologies Pty Ltd which is a premium e-commerce payment gateway. Their system uses industry standard 128bit SSL encryption technology between the Interiors Online website and the CTEL Technologies Pty Ltd payment server.

If making a payment by credit card over the phone your credit card details will be taken by an Interiors Online staff members. Once the payment has been processed and authorised your credit card details will be destroyed.

Do you sell to the Trade?

Yes, if you have a retail shop, are in the building, architectural, interior design or decorating professions, we offer an additional 5% discount off our Interiors Online price.

Simply register in the "Contact Us" area and then under "Trade Enquiries".

Where are the products being shipped from?

In order to save you money on freight and handling, all our products are sent directly from our suppliers warehouse to your door. Interiors Online does not carry any stock.

When ordering a variety of products, this sometimes means more than one delivery from our suppliers and with different delivery times.

Is it possible to see other images of a product?

Interiors Online endeavours to provide the best possible images on all products listed on our website.

As these images are provided by our suppliers we cannot always guarantee that there will be other images available-we will certainly do our best to provide you with the best images available at any given time, so that you can make an informed decision.
